    Hey, so here’s the drawing I made just now, as promised in my last post. It was definitely harder than usual for some reason, my patience wasn’t quite holding all the way through so I needed a break about an hour in. It’s fair to have breaks, and I need more when arting.

    I’ll be setting up my camera and art station for another big drawing shortly, I’m really excited to get pen to paper again. I’m loving the colour selections of the sharpie packs I bought recently. I’m using an A2 size sketch pad my late aunt left me, which is so bloody cool of her.

    What’s the worst travel experience you’ve ever had?

    Maybe this one time I was on holiday in the north with my family at a campground in summer. It was a pretty good holiday until I saw a wall of grey offshore heading our way. Long story short, we got out just in time for a massive storm to lay waste to that region of the country.

    It was intense.

    I’ve been pretty lucky when travelling actually. Yeah.

  • What’s the biggest piece of advice someone meant for you alone?

    I’d have to say stay clean.

    That simple statement, or I’d like to say it’s an explicit advisory against talking, acting and being foul in any way.

    We all make mistakes, we all let slip a word or two that aren’t clean. We are human. That is okay and that is completely normal.

    What we need to do is keep it as clean as we can, as in doing our best to stay nice and healthy in all areas of our lives.

    I can tell you now, I fall short on so many levels myself. I can also say without a doubt that I am in my greatest cleanup era.

    The previous 20 years were the tipping point. Or the tipping point was 20 years ago. A major shift happened in my life and I was on a great journey in life changes.

    The following year was probably the biggest change to happen until then. Maybe not…anyway, I think I’m just trying to say be cool and stay as healthy as possible, without being too hard on yourself, and remembering it’s okay to have treats, it’s HEALTHY to have treats and you SHOULD have treats.

    Now, go be a good person.

    Don’t pick up hitch hikers.

    Hypocritical in the way that I used to hitch hike lot when I was younger.

    Maybe the better advice would be: take a bus and not hitch hike.

    What’s something you’ve done that you never thought you could?

    Stayed off cigarettes for more than two years! And still going! Drink alcohol literally two to three times per year! I did it! 😁😂

    I continued with building an art and music collection of my own original works. I have a lot of work out there in public and online.

    19 years after my first date with a woman and I’m still her love and she’s mine!

    What’s more, I’m still alive and able to share parts of my story every day with good people like you 😍❤️

    How do you manage stress?

    Art. Music. Video. Gaming. Food. Drink. Rest. Love. Solitude. Work smart. All good forms of stress relief. Create it and consume what you create often. Share it. Collaborate from time-to-time.

    Enjoy things without judgement. Or at least reserve judgement until you form a second opinion 😉

    Most importantly you are what you eat. I found eating iron and protein rich whole foods give me energy for laborious tasks like a day of chores and a full day of passionate work. And after work, your time is precious. Have fun! 😊

    Also, try new things every so often. Doesn’t have to be a very big project, maybe something like doodling/sketching while having down time with bae. Mindless, if you can. You might catch the doodlebug! 💗

    If you could go back in time and give your younger self advice, what would it be?

    Stay clean, safe, and strong. Everything that embodies those sentiments.

    It all generally relates to health on all levels.

    Clean, safe, and strong body, mind, and spirit.

    Also, I’d say keep going no matter what they say against you. You can achieve it. That lofty goal.

  • Ah yes! A real good’un

    What’s the best online course you’ve ever taken?

    It was a dairy assistant course I found through a government website. It was free, too! Real easy-to-follow and packed full of great info from what everything on a farm is to how to move cows.

    Did you know cows are a little more complicated to move than you might think? They have nearly perfect 360 degree vision with only a small part of their rear not visible to them?

    I highly recommend learning how to be a dairy assistant. Skills for the future and transferable to anywhere in the world I would imagine!

    Unfortunately I suffer a long-standing ankle injury as well as a back injury from youth that probably precludes me.from full time employment on a farm, a fact I really hate.

    Which celebrity would you love to meet, and what would you talk about?

    Probably James Hetfield, Metallica’s frontman.

    We would talk… or at least I would try to. Awe struck. That’s where I would be. Awe struck. He is the legend that got me through my youth. Along with the rest of the band, too, but James is the absolute legend.

    I would try to talk sense, but probably would fumble over my words. I mean, what do you ask a legend like him when you’re basically an amateur with lofty aspirations of walking in his shoes.

    So. What I did was load the jpg files of these images straight into Infinite Painter on android. I proceeded to fill the inner areas of the designs with colour with the paint bucket fill tool. Simple as that! Have a go by downloading some designs from below and either print them out and colour by hand or in your favourite app on whatever device you like 😊💪

  • I finally decided on a project!

    This next gallery is a selection of images I plan to add to a colouring book for all ages! Starting with fresh designs from today on, I’ll work on them as much as I can until I feel the time is right to release them all in a single work.
